For experiments in geometric optics, for use on tables or magnetic on metallic boards in combination with optical model objects;
a diode laser uses an in-built cylindrical lens to produce a long-range light beam, clearly visible on light coated metal panels even in daylight;
by means of a prefixed beam splitter one, two or three laser beams can be set parallel or divergent;
