Contact us
If you contact us via the contact form on our website or by e-mail, your data will be stored with us for 6 months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.
Data storage / Web shop
We would like to point out that for the purpose of easier shopping and subsequent contract processing by the web shop operator in the context of cookies, the IP data of the subscriber are stored, as well as the name, address and e-mail address of the buyer. The data provided by you are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. For the purposes of communication or order processing, the data transmitted to us will be forwarded to the reseller responsible for their area, as well as to the transport or shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods, as well as to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations. After termination of the shopping process, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). In addition, the name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are stored until the end of product liability. Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.

Only in exceptional cases the full IP address will be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there.

Integration of services and contents of third parties
It may happen that content from third parties, such as videos from YouTube or maps from Google Maps are integrated within the online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third party provider") perceive the IP address of the users.
Without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of each individual user. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content.
We endeavor to use only content whose respective providers use the IP address solely for the delivery of the content. However, we do not have any influence on this if the third parties provide the IP address e.g. save for statistical purposes. As far as we know, we will inform users about it.
