A small, finished working model of an electric motor/generator.
The open design of the model enables a transparent representation of the function.
Motor: The permanent magnet can be replaced by an electromagnet, allowing operation with DC or AC voltage. Of course, operation as a main or shunt motor is also possible!
Power supply: DC operation: 1.5 ... 5 V, AC operation: 6 ... 9 V
Generator: The model can also be operated as a generator thanks to a drive pulley with drive belt connected to the base plate. The generated voltage can be tapped at the two 4 mm sockets.
Voltage output: max. 3 V
