The sensor has three operating ranges, -5..5 nC, -25..25 nC, -100..100 nC, and a zeroing switch to discharge the input capacitor.
Technical specifications:
Measurement ranges: ±5 nC / ±25 nC / ±100 nC
Resolution: 0.0025 nC / 0.013 nC / 0.05 nC
Maximum voltage: ±50 V
Maximum measurement frequency: 100 kHz (CoachLab II+, WiLab) / 1 MHz (VinciLab 2)
Warranty: 3 years
All technical specifications of the sensor are described in the product manual, see downloads.
The Charge sensor is developed for physics experiments in electrostatics such as:
Measurement of charge by induction
Measurement of charge production and distribution
Measurement of charge on a capacitor
The Charge sensor can be directly connected to the analog BT inputs of the CMA interfaces.
A ‘P4272-1K BT sensor cable, single’ is required to connect the sensor to the interface.
Please check whether you already have this cable in your stock.
