My measuring device does not respond to turning the rotary control or displays incorrect measured values - what should I do?

Please open the screws on the back using a Phillips screwdriver. Remove the cover and carefully remove the battery holder(s). Replace the existing batteries with new ones of the same type - and refit the cover.
